anything you would put in an environment
you put some definitions in
[globals] section in extensions.conf
later you just use SetGlobalVar variable to change the
values of global variables and then you just take
the value of a variable like this: ${variable} or
like this ${${variable}} or like this ${extension_${EXTEN}} etc.
