Maybe you can try with this command, from the Asterisk cli:
cli> core set verbose 5
cli> core set debug 5
cli> iax2 set debug on
And then, try to register with your softphone.
At the end of the test, execute:
cli> iax2 set debug off
And finally, review the logfiles.
