/usr/local/sbin/genzaptelconf that comes with trixbox: no. It is very
old copy of genzaptelconf.
try xpp/utils/genzaptelconf for something that has supported E1 for
quite a while (

either for T1 or E1
link. Since you are in Europe, the jumper settings should be for E1.
