try doing a sip debug peer XXX (the problematic extension)
and then send a call to him till fail, then see the log, or send a piece
here.

What could cause:
Got SIP response 406 "Not Acceptable" back from 10.0.0.10
10.0.0.10 = Hardware FXS
And are there any probable solutions?
