KIAX (www.kiax.org) runs on Windows, Linux, Mac and has the ability to fetch contacts from a webapi. I think they support json and xml. So this could solve your central contacts problem. For the autoanswer option I am pretty sure that they can add the feature pretty fast for a small donation. Bes
