I have a VoIP provider that is requiring me to use an outboundproxy when
connecting from Azure. I have set the outboundproxy set in the vendors section
of my sip.conf file and when Asterisk attempts the registration, the attempt
times out. I have moved the outboundproxy setting to the General section of
sip.conf and I'm then able to register with the vendor, but this creates the
message "WARNING[2333]: acl.c:929 ast_ouraddrfor: Cannot connect" for all three
VoIP providers that I have declared in sip.conf. The message doesn't make much
sense as all 3 vendors do register and I can place inbound/outbound calls to
them.

Can someone explain the warning message that I'm receiving? Can I safely
ignore it?
