lion's share surely goes to FreePBX. Another GUI that lots of people like
when they try it is Voiceroute Druid, but it's a commercial product. Of
course, no GUI gives you the amount of flexibility that a text editor

Well - there's a large amount of subjectivity in your question, but
perhaps I'll answer with not
I've been recently playing with Askozia, which is an embedded Asterisk
on FreeBSD distro that's based upon the m0n0wall GUI framwork. It's
still a work in progess but it looks suitable for a home/home office
scenario. I've used m0n0wall for years so the GUI is very familiar to
me.

vi is great, but our clients don't know how to use it.
They also don't want to have to call us every time they want to make a
