Hi all, I have 2 agents (1234, 4321) and a PSTN phone (9876). When 1234 makes a call to 4321, 4321 will have a callerid 1234 on his screen. Now, 4321 has forwarded his call to PSTN phone. When 1234 makes a call to 4321, it will forward to PSTN phone.
