vitel isn't bad. They have a nice asterisk-friendly interface, and their
rates are good. Quality has been fine.

Better to get one provider that does origination and termination and has no minimum requirements. Most companies will require a deposit or minimum usage requirements. Make sure for origination you know the diffference between metered and unmetered DIDs. codec 729 will be pushing it a little bit. I
