[asterisk-users] is it possible to store vmsecrets outside of users.conf?

Hi! Currently I provision user account in users.conf. But I do not like that VoiceMail writes to users.conf when the voicemail password is changed. Is there a possibility to store the vmsecret in another place? (another file or DB)? thanks klaus ___
