First off, make sure the line in zapata.conf "immediate=no" exists. Then in your extensions.conf context for your zap inbound calls: -------8<-------- exten => 1234JOHN,1,Dial(SIP/John) exten => 1234HENRY,1,Dial(SIP/Henry) -------8<-------- You may have to play about to find the correct number of digits for the extension (mine here in the UK needs 6).
