Obviously the prices are by no means, comparable. However, I'd go with the Cisco 7960 - from my experience, they've been incredibly easy to configure and the user interface is slick. Along with XML capabilitites, are office 'geeks' are enjoying them (that includes me.) Sound quality is great wit
