As far as your Overhead paging all you need is an FXO port on your system. The

BTW the cheapest way to set up a fxs paging is by modifying a
grandstream bt101 with auto answer per zone.

Well, I'm using intercom with a couple SPA-841. Currently using * CVS from
a couple weeks ago and a macro in extensions.conf. It should give you some
idea:
