Marcello, This is something I am hoping for as well but I cannot find any features within the code to allow Asterisk to modify/create this field. Ideally I'd like to see the CallingPres function support Remote-Party-ID to disable/enable privacy. I actually placed a feature request some months back on bugs.digium.com but I don't think its been considered yet.
Does anyone else have any experience with this that may help us ?
