I made a mistake. I was putting the lines pridialplan and
prilocaldialplan after
the line channel in chan_dahdi.conf. The Asterisk does not read the
lines after channel.

I don't think so. I think it's a predefined pairs of TON and NPI, that
could not be set separately.

chan_dahdi.conf and use dynamic prilocaldialplan.
