Hello Moises, I must confess that I never tried testcall, ever. :) Anyway, I got a few boxes working with unicall and spandsp quite well AND didn't see such timeout.
I have unicall-0.0.3pre9 and both spandsp: 0.0.2pre25 and 0.0.3. Not to mention that I've already installed snapshot versions. All of them worked nice. Regarding cards, I got sangoma and digium quad T1/E1. Never tried Tormenta. And last but not least, I got Embratel and Telefonica's E1 lines, which shouldn't be a issue concerning another Telcos. I'm gonna play a little with testcall and see if I can help you. I forgot. I dont think versions matter since i have tried a lot. But current versions are the most recent in soft-switch. I think is 0.0.3 for libunicall and libmfcr and spandsp.
