thanks for the ideas.
Here in Luxembourg there isn't an area code - all telephone numbers are
e.g. 26350255 (our office fax).
Of course the international code +352 applies (but doesn't change the
number that has to be dialled -e.g. +352 26350255)

Hello Tom,
The telco here in Luxembourg tells me that if an ISDN phone on the S0 is
configured with the MSN then it will ring when calls come in on that MSN and
dial out with the MSN and not the primary.

It is in the UK - obviously no idea about the infrastructure where you are.
Not sure if this is still the case, but you had to call to ask them to
authorize all your MSNs/DDIs as CallerIDs.
