The netatalk AFP server stuff would need to be added to Astlinux. Which I
don't think has been tried yet?

I am looking at creating a NAS of some sort for centralised Mac TimeMachine
backups of a couple of Macs I have in the office. I dont have a server and dont
really need one.
Does anyone know if this is reasonable and what would be the best way of doing
