Assuming you have CLI access to the system, you can temporarily shutdown
the dnsmasq service:
*service dnsmasq stop*
That will shutdown both the DNS and DHCP server process.
If you want to disable it persistent across reboots, you could edit the
gui.network.conf file in /mnt/kd/rc.conf.d an
