I've adopted the GUI for two reasons: 1) I need to have others make occasional changes and it's safer for me to keep them out of the config files, and 2) I'm hoping it will help me be more consistent in how I implement things. I can be rather undisciplined at times. I tend to run into issues wit

Tom, Hey no problem. Just wanted to make clear that the problem really is an Asterisk upgrade issue. I'm not entirely happy with some of the things that Asterisk-gui does to various config files. It makes some assumptions that may not be very helpful. That's why I can't recommend using it.

Darrick, Don't take me wrong. The movekd script was incredibly valuable in migrating all the things I had done to customize my environment. I'm not dissatisfied with it at all. In fact, I'd recommend it. I'm in the process of identifying what it was unable to do. At first, I went through all o

Tom /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv is a symbolic link on my system (to the path given below). It may be worth checking that cdr.conf:[general]:enable has not been set to "no". Unlikely, but worth a check, the default is "yes". Mart Tom Lynn wrote: > Specifically, the last time Master.csv was written

Specifically, the last time Master.csv was written to was November 19th. It is in the expected subdirectory /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv. I've also tried it at the subdirectory shown below. Asterisk is simply not writing to the file as far as I can determine. On Sat, Dec 13, 2008 at 3:4
