Hi Tod, This is an older model of AudioCodes but you can find cheap in stock somewhere maybe. I cheked and it is no longer listed on the site. I use MP118/4FXS-4FXO regularly and apart from some asterisk based configuration hacks needed to handle multiple users from the same IP these devices are
