Yes this is all possible although I am confused what you are trying to achieve
e.g. VLANS are for running multiple networks on the same Ethernet interface??
Network Tab -> VLANS
Specify as space separated ethN.NN ethN.NN e.g. eth0.60 eth1.80
After reboot they will appear as selectable interfaces
