The condition led to the development of man breasts, colloquially referred to as "moobs," which surgeons eventually removed. According to local reports, he believed he was simply putting on weight as he got older. However, he told the Chinese media, his breasts soon began to grow while other parts of his body remained the same. Before his surgery, Guo said, he visited numerous hospitals in major cities in China, but none of them could explain why he had grown breasts.
