Hi,I recently encountered an error when loading the firmware when
using the ath10 QCA6174 driver. I have used the 20191003 and 20211216
versions of the firmware and both have the following problems.Looking

Change ff6d365898d ("soc: qcom: qmi: use const for struct
qmi_elem_info") allows QMI message encoding/decoding rules
to be const, so do that for ath10k.
Compile tested only.
