I recommend you to use FW version 10.2.4.70.12-2 or higher, so that you don't
have to use raw mode. Main downside using raw mode is throughput throttled.

Which firmware version are you using now?
I think "RAW" mode is disabled after firmware 10.4 no matter CT firmware
or official firmware.
if you are using firmware 10.2, you might need to add rawmode=1 while
insmod ath10k_core.ko
