Hi Adrian, You talking about real continuos signal like sine wave? I do not understand why it needed. The method I'd offered is in full accordance with the 802.11 standard (and FCC I think) until CCA mechanism is not shut down. But I agree what this kind of flood generator is terrible in the air.
