Will let you know.

Hi Adrian
The errors are the same that I experienced with the other 9280 card.
Here is the bug that was reported

Tried the power saving stuff before and it didn't work. I have kinda

Continuation of DMA errors saga...
Way back when, I bought a 9380 Sparklan card and it worked fine. And
it continues to work fine with my little duo board. But I was getting
really bad speeds from it (586kbps) so thought it was because I only had
two of the antennas hooked up so decided to bu
I would swap it with the 9280 you bought as I would like to put it in
one of my other machines to use the bluetooth capabilities. Also it
appeared to behave itself as a client it was only as an AP that I saw
the problem.

Hi Felix
I would like to try your patch to see if it stops my Tx DMA errors on
my AR9280 chipset pcie card.
1. Do you think it might work?
2. What is the best way to apply this patch?
Please be gentle with me as I am linux hobbyist and I am keen to get my
Tx DMA error problem sorted.
Thanks

Those speeds seem quite slow as I thought it was a 300 Mbps card?

I can try again tonight and do the lsmod just to make sure I have
everything loaded.
Will let you know and thanks again for the help

the problem the make install can't find the drives to install the kernel
on. Once I have sorted that problem out I will be good to go.

The PC is a Jetaway NF93R with a Intel DUO P8700 @ 2.53Ghz, the PCI
slot is empty and the AR9280 card is in the pci-e slot.
Attached lspci output as before.

Do your kernels have much modifications or are they just copies from

Hi Peter
Can you suggest a card? Do you have a working card on Fedora 16 as an
access point?
