This issue totally destroyed deployment of DNUA-93F (AR9271) USB Wifi in a
similar application. Now use Realtek with very stable results.

Half minicard PCI-e WB342 2x2 802.11ac/n using QCA988x will be available
soon for PCs.
QCA are sampling them and ODMs are moving to production.
CUS modules are non-standard Minicard size more suited to APs.

K2/AR9271 is limited to 8 nodes in AP mode due to RAM size imitation of
internal on-chip RAM (K2 does not use external RAM).
It was once suggested that, with a lot of work, the internal RAM might be
able to be used more efficiently to realise up to 16 nodes. But this was
