just wondering if its the atrpms scripts or the nvidia scripts which are creating the nvidia.conf.backup file? As I get the following message after I upgrade WARNING: All config files need .conf: /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf.backup, it will be ignored in a future release. Paul
