caption.sty has an undocumented command `\captionbox' with the following
syntax:
\captionbox[list entry]{heading}[width][inner-pos]{contents}
\captionbox*{heading}[width][inner-pos]{contents}
`heading' contains the caption text and the `\label{}'. Currently, I
