When you open the app, press enter until you hear a musical chime. Then go down twice, hit enter and go up once. Sapi should say Jaws / nvda and then hit enter on that. The only issue is I believe you have to do it every time you launch

yes, if u only use the patch and not the full version. u might get errors when running swamp. no sounds wil play and u wil not have a nice game play. u need the full version of swamp in order to play the game. so in other words. if u downloaded the full version
