If you didn't backup your samsung photos, sms before. If so, you need to get help from a 3-rd party samsung recovery tool. Firstly, stop using your Samsung phone immediately, as the lost photos probably be overwritten by any new content, which could make the lost data unrecoverable. Then, get a reliable Samsung data recovery to get lost photo back.
