Thanks everyone. I've also found another way by using direct access. It usually has the same kind of short cut for the iPhone where you press the home button to turn off talkback

Android accessibility short cut
So I got my android. And I want to play games that require me to disable talkback. Is there another way to do this so that when I'm done playing, I can turn it back on?
