I havent played around with the newer madden games but I know the older ones are very accessible, you just have to run upfield once you catch the ball and learn the buttons for juke--or fake--and move a little left or right and I played with my sighted

@smoothgunner, Id be interested in your plays for madden. also, I only have played the early NBA live games and thought them to be very accessible and NBA 2k10 for ps2 was playable as well, I am interested in NBA live 10 if you could give a few tips on
