Daniel, the solution I use isn't free, but it works. You can convert the pdf file to text using Adobe Reader, and then open that text file in TextAloud, and use TextAloud to convert it to wav or mp3 using the Sapi voice of your choosing.URL: http:

Do you use a Book Port Plus, Pocket Plex-talk, or a Book sense? many of those programmes can convert PDF's into tex and mp3 files. You can find more about them on http://tech.aph.org for the Book Port. I am not sure about the pocket Plex Talk or H
