Which player are you using? I've never managed to turn on AD via the web. I think it's hidden behind an unlabeled icon or something. It's a bit better everywhere else, except of course with The Expance.

I can't even get AD turned on, no idea how, the player seems inaccessible once its started. I can get back into its app to pause it or something, but am not seeing any other controls there.

Thanks, folks. I'd been poking around looking for a specific disability-related customer service form and coming up blank. Got a response, and a $5 Amazon credit, a few hours after submitting the report. And hopefully The Expance
