there is a winetricks.sh script you can get, then in order to run SAPI self-voicing games, install microsoft speech SDK. Can't remember if this is there by default, although I don't think so

Yeah, no screenreading. But you can run BGT games if they are self-voicing, though. I forgot how I did it, unfortunately, so a little research should get you set up.

except id the windows games rely o a screen reader, then no it won't speak. I've tried myself and also can't get anything to speak.

Nothing running in Wine is going to be read by screen readers. The only use I can think of for Wine is playing Windows games.

Anyone used wine?
I was using wine yesterday and noticed that nothing was being spoken with orca. So I'm wondering if anyone has been able to use wine with orca. Or will I have to use NVDA with wine?
