But LG tv web OS is closed system, it has itt's own store, and aas synthesizer it uses Vocalizer voices, that's all i know, but it is not system like android where you can install what you want, i can compare it to devices like braillesense based on windows

[WebOS] is a variant of linux thats been floating around for many years in the background that started out on Palm systems as the successor to PalmOS. Hard to dig up much on it, but it seems that the Speech Dispatcher uses espeak as the backend as indicated [here
