OK. If you have a jailbreak, and if you know how to write nvda addons, than you can copy the voice over files from your iOS device, and than you can put them into an addon. I can try to make something like that, but i can also upload the voice over files

Unfortunately, I don't think so. To what I've heard, Mac and Windows use different programming languages and so even if you could port it to NVDA it might not work... Well you know, since VO isn't coded in Python and I think NVDA doesn
