That page directs me to the page I mentioned. I had a second look but I can only download one drive or share point. I looked at my subscriptions and did not see something like office2019. I just saw office online. Probably this is why.

Yes that's right. I failed to find a correct download link for office 2019. The upgrade link of office2010 redirected me to a page which let me type in my school email address. I did but then the page that came up was confusing, so all I got was one

I see. You will still need the file for the turkish dictionary, but you can find the link in the word settings to download it. If I remember correctly.

ok, I am not shure that if it will work or not, but you can try.try reinstalling the office,or, you can use word 2016 or 19, they works eaven better.

microsoft should have the dictionaries for 2010. However, remember that you will get much worse accessibility. In office 365, NVDA reads the misspelled word, the correct one, context everything.
