Question about flac files
I really love flac I have been messing with it over the past fuew days. I have a question about editing flac. If I open a flac or import a flac in audacity then export after editing to the same file will it loose quality?

I don't know. but for editing flac file, I'd recommend GoldWave. because you can just convert to another formats, and just you could also leave the default quality there.

Flac is supposed to be lossless. This means you should be able to reencode it infinite times with no quality loss.

Trajectory is right. You could compress to flac, decompress to wave, and recompress to flac a hundred times and the input and outputs would be exactly the same, unless of course something unexpected happens. That's what flac was meant for. To compress a
