Try Reaper, it has some video editing capabilities. Though it's not the best video editor, since it's a DAW.

the only problem I have about microsoft photos is that the audio bitrate is very low after the video is done edditing. I can here that the audio is very trashi. Is there a way to fix that?

HiFirstly, Microsoft Photos, or Video Editor, is a windows-ten built-in app.Secondly, it provides very basic video editing capabilities. Is there anything more advanced?

Microsoft photos is the one I use. All my videos are eddited with that, not the live streams archives
