yeah lots of smart tvs nowadays have talkback built in. My friends have one and it's very nice.

Mine's Samsung, and I want to say you can turn it on by holding mute until it starts talking. But that may be incorrect as I've not ever turned it off.

also yes the only tvs I know of that have android is the fire OS ones so you will have to use the Amazon app store

I have one, and it works, but I wouldn't recommend getting one. It doesn't read Youtube, and the voice is kind of hard to understand. It works for me, but I would not buy another one.

When I tried it 1.5 years ago or so I found it unusably bad, in the sense of even if I had the patience it wouldn't have mattered. It might have improved since.If you don't know, many regular old TVs just have a screen reader built in now. Y
