You can also get CereProc voices for cheap too. Each voice is sold as a stand alone instalation.

Google also provides their own, found in the same TTS configuration menu.I will also just mention that these voices aren't just for TalkBack, so other apps can take advantage of these (even other screen readers).

Yes you can.There are voices available on the Play Store. Eloquence, Vocalizer, and I believe Acapella. They all come as regular app downloads, and then you change the voice in your Text to Speech settings.Keep in mind that some voices are paid, so you need to buy them
