OBS is accessible, to film the screen capture you just create a scene and select an image as the source, so whenever you are in the scenes window and arrow up and down through your scenes you can select whatever scene

Hi, you can use OBS to record in stereo, everything from your soundcard will be recorded, you even can insert an image but I'd suggest getting sighted assistance for that.With OBS you can stream and record.

What is virtual Audio cable? And do u know good mics that are not so expensive?

Hmmm...This will sound a bit different... I’ve been for the most part only doing ‘Live Streams” on mine.Http://Trenton.link/youtubeUsing the ‘Stream Labs” app on IOS is a much nicer experience than using the ‘Android

I'll answer your last two questions. Under no circumstances should you use an internal mic, it will sound awful. For recording your streaming audio, you'll most likely need something like Virtual Audio Cable.
