Yeah as I said, the NVDA addon is on GH but it would be illegal to distribute the ECI libs directly. It's assumed that you can figure out where to get them.

The IBMTTS wrapper is probably not illegal in itself. That is on Github. The use of ECI in your project would be, though.

Hy!I know for a fakt there is such a documentation for the ibm version, but it explains the raw C API, no wrappers, better than nothing, I guess.I know I found the first version somewhere on github, one of those new nvda add-ons for ibm tts.Btw

I used only Xinyitts.dll, which is the chinese version of Eloquence, this lib also depends on ibmeci.dll
