Working with Cheats in Project 64

Working with Cheats in Project 64 I am still trying to enable cheats in project64. When I go to do this, the cheat menu itself is accessible. However, I cannot tell when I have a cheat activated. I assume when it say cheat with a zero under the review cursor, that means the cheat is not
