If you have a lot of cash to spend, Freedom Scientific's OpenBook and Kurzweil Education's Kurzweil 1000 have built-in dictionaries.

what about the lingea dictionaries? there are plenty of languages, and it was Quite usable. dont know the situation now.

Socheat, the only accessible French-English bilingual dictionary I know of is the online website www.wordreference.com.
