Re: if I have to factory reset my note 10, When I had my S8, I had to do the old hold  power button for a few seconds  and then hold 2 fingers on the screen trick. Glad to see that they use the volume buttons shortcut. I think that also has to do with the fact that at that time, 8.1 was
