yeah, from my point of view, ti/burr brown´s as well as your hw-guys reputation is rebuild for sure! converting back the problematic 400hz/-90db sine mp3 into wav and playing it to the sb classic sounds nice, as naturally expected, no repetitive background noise! but what to do about the generic

hi, just testing the sb classic from a audiophile point of view. when playing (digitally generated) low volume mp3-test-signals (400hz sine) at levels of -60, -80, -90db, i can hear a residual noise, which should definitly not be there, considering a pcm1748 dac in that box. this low frequency
